They absolutely loved the interaction, and it really made our visit extra special. “ Nice and quiet Mc Donald's during off peak hours. The best place to chill and avoid the afternoon sun, can improve the quality of the fries, it's a bit soggy. Breakfast food is decent but buns could have been hotter. Table service is very quick. Cleanliness can be better tho. Also Ezlink at self ordering kiosk not working ”

“ Mardiana outstanding & excellent Service by her. After ordering at Chua Chu Kang, Mardiana was extremely attentive. She approached my table asking my order number to check if the restaurant has received the order. It happened that i ordered from the wrong restaurant, she made a quick arrangement with her team and the restaurant i ordered from then quickly serve my food. Was so glad that she is around and it really made my day as a consumer. We need more frontliner like her, service exceeded my expectations. To add on, she even walk around and realise my table was a little dirty and she wipe it down immediately. Really thankful for such service by her. ”

“ Tonight was one of those nights. The kids were tired and restless, and in the chaos, my husband didn’t get to eat his burger. He packed it up, hoping to eat at home but we accidentally threw it away with the tray. He was upset and hungry, and I felt so bad. I called McDonald’s just to explain… and they gave him a new one. Shoutout to McD and Manager Afiz for replacing the triple cheeseburger we accidentally tossed. It’s the little things It may seem small, but in that moment, it meant a lot.
